Café-Cardio Intervals / Body Blast – Intervals class of cardio choreography & toning, using light weights and punchy music. Increase endurance & overall strength, and walk out feeling like you’ve been tricked into building up a good sweat. (Why café? We go out for coffee after class!)
Pilates Sculpt – Strengthen and lengthen the core muscles to develop a tall, open posture and balanced muscle development. This includes Wall Pilates and weights, at a basic to intermediate level, adapted to the participants. Mind, body, muscle, balance - good combo.
12€ per class on Zoom;
At the ACP: 15€ per class à la carte, or 120€ for 10-class card
